Hey there! We’re glad you’re interested in joining Scoop Station! Our “squad” is one of the most important assets of our business. We take a lot of pride in those that we hire to represent us. We are looking for outgoing, polite, hard-working individuals. You must be at least 16 years old and ideally available to work at least 3 shifts a week. Weekends (particularly nights) are required.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing superior customer service with a BIG SMILE
•
Scooping ice cream, preparing smoothies, milkshakes, and other food/beverage items
•
Keeping store clean and organized - wipe down tables and counters, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean bathroom, take out garbage, etc.
•
Processing transactions on cash register accurately
•
Keeping store well-stocked
•
Following proper store opening and closing procedures
Since our business occurs mainly at nights and on weekends, those are the times we particularly need our team available to work. Weekends are a MUST. Of course a vacation or an occasional weekend when you are not available is absolutely understandable but it cannot be an on-going, regular occurrence.
